Group care for sober living & residential treatment
Scheduled on-site visits for sober living homes and residential treatment centers, including resident checkups, intake visits, and ongoing medical support coordinated with house managers and program staff.
Outpatient detox
Medically supervised outpatient detox, when clinically appropriate, with close follow-up and a clear path into MAT, primary care, and recovery support.

Outpatient detox
Is outpatient detox right for me?
Outpatient detox isn't right for everyone. A clinician will review your health and safety to decide whether outpatient detox fits, or whether a higher level of care is safer. Some withdrawal, especially from alcohol or sedatives, can be dangerous and may need inpatient care.
